Roof Survey was founded in 2009 on the basis of the requirement of a professional organisation specialising in the independent analysis of roofing elements for the construction industry and building owners (residential & commercial). Our existing client base required various services such as estimating, specification, detailing (CAD) and roof condition reports (new, post installation and existing). Over the recent years, the company has added various electronic testing methods to our services portfolio, such as thermal imaging, spark test/wet test, moisture analysis and Drone surveys to accommodate the needs of our various customers. Roof Survey offer expert leak detection with concise, independent roofing solutions and advice to the  construction industry and building owners. We are fully insured and carry Professional Indemnity to practice as Roofing consultants.

Our goal is to provide a professional interface between the roofing industry and the greater construction market (new & existing buildings). We pride ourselves on finding solutions (preventive maintenance) for the smaller projects, whilst, having the capability to guide the largest projects to long term success.
