Roof Survey were contacted by the homeowner to assess the current condition of the roofing slates in terms of any possible defects responsible for the roof becoming a source of nuisance to the family. We produced a roof condition report with reference to European and British standards.

Roof Survey were asked to assess this period house roof by a local estate agent. The prospective purchaser had requested a Roof Survey prior to bidding for the property. Roof Survey assessed the roof and produced a condition report based on our findings, we also advised the purchaser on costs for any possible repair works…

Roof Survey were contacted by the homeowner to analyse and assess the current roof condition – homeowner had various leak points, mostly at perimeter details. Condition report was produced after a detailed analysis.

Roof Survey were contacted by the homeowner to analyse and assess the current roof condition – homeowner concerned over staining at junction of walls and roof. Roof Survey assessed the Membrane material and application to be substandard with defective detailing at junction between new roof and existing house.

Roof Survey were contracted by HG construction (recently built adjacent extension) to analyse the existing & new roof application. Moisture ingress was found in various areas – we tested the complete roof (Thermography, Spark & moisture). Issues discovered ranged from small punctures, open seams to poor detailing at junctions (parapet).

Roof Survey were directly engaged by the Building manager at Goal to provide a current condition report for the roof. The building manager had no issues to report (leaks) but had concerns regarding the future integrity of the waterproofing and the actual current appearance of the Asphalt material.

Roof Survey were engaged by a Property management company to assess the current condition of the various roof sections with the emphasis on preventative maintenance schedules. The entire membrane surface was tested electronically using high voltage (spark test) to pinpoint any issues or leakpoints on the roof surface.
