Roof Survey were asked to assess this period house roof by a local estate agent. The prospective purchaser had requested a Roof Survey prior to bidding for the property. Roof Survey assessed the roof and produced a condition report based on our findings, we also advised the purchaser on costs for any possible repair works needed if the sale was agreed.
